The information provided or otherwise acquired in the context of the services provided through the Institutional Blue Sea Community Port System, will be processed in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR), with Legislative Decree 196 / 2003 and Legislative Decree 101/2018 and the obligations of confidentiality that inspire the activity of the Port System Authority of the blue sea.

The Owner, pursuant to art. 28 GDPR, has appointed Logistica Digitale S.r.l. with registered office in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) via Achille Grandi 4, in the person of the Legal Representative, as concessionaire under the "Concession Agreement for the extension and management of the National Logistics Platform".

Personal data is processed in compliance with the art. 5 GDPR, both manually and by means of IT / telematic tools and for purposes connected and / or instrumental to the service, at the headquarters of the Data Controller and the offices of the external Manager. The Owner does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries or to international organizations.

The information requested in this registration phase will be used to allow access to the services offered by the Port Community System of Blue Sea The processing of personal data is therefore carried out to allow the release of personal access credentials to the infrastructural registration service and authentication to the Port Community System.

Personal data will also be processed to make it possible to fulfill the obligations established by laws and regulations.

Any refusal to provide the data requested in the Registration form prevents the provision of the PCS Services or related legal obligations.
